Do we pay anything when we preorder?

No. A preorder is a request. Our team contacts you, confirms the details and sends a final quote. You pay only after you confirm.

What does the ৳199 monthly subscription include?

All premium features of Nirvar, MyTube and OI Browser on that student's tablet, plus access to the institution web console and the Android control app. Institutions can pay ৳2,149 per tablet for a full year instead, 10% less than paying monthly.

What happens if we stop the subscription?

The tablet keeps working as a tablet. Premium features such as advanced rules, curated MyTube content and console management stop until the subscription is renewed.

Can students remove Nirvar or get around the rules?

No. On Dishari Tab, Nirvar is part of the system. Blocked apps are suspended by the system itself, and Safe Internet is locked: only an admin or a parent can turn it off.

Can parents see their child's usage too?

Yes. Nirvar has a parent mode, so parents can see usage and approve requests alongside the institution, if your institution allows it.

Do the rules still work without internet?

Yes. Rules are stored and enforced on the tablet, so blocks, time windows and daily limits work with or without a connection.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on order size and stock. We confirm the delivery timeline with your quote. We deliver to all 8 divisions.

Is there a warranty and support?

Yes. Every tablet has a manufacturer warranty, and your institution gets a dedicated support contact. Details are included in your quote.
